When signing up to be part of the SNME Roster, there are several requirements that must be met by each Superstar:
1.) You must own a Playstation 3 and a copy of WWE '12.
2.) You must have a valid Playstation Network account.
3.) You must actively roleplay when booked and placed in feuds. Roleplays are what will make the show.
4.) You must actively post to keep this place alive and fresh.
5.) You gotta' have fun!

Roleplaying is what you would consider a promo that you see on a weekly wrestling show, such as a wrestler coming out to the ring and addressing his opponent or getting interviewed backstage. They can consist of more, but they are for the purpose of developing feuds and alliances between yourself and other wrestlers. As some are posted, you'll catch on.
